Chromebook won't load and is slow

You will need to delete the Cache and Cookies of the Chrome browser. 5 STEPS


1. Select "More Tools"


2. Select " Clear browsing data..."



3. Under "Basic" tab, make sure time frame is set to "All Time", and both options are checked marked. Then hit "Clear Data"

4.  Under "Advanced" tab, make sure time frame is set to "All Time", and ONLY have these options select and deselect the other check boxes (scroll to double check). Then hit "Clear Data" 

5. Close the Chrome window and all tabs then re-enter to Chrome.
